Mike grew up in real estate and brokerage, being a third generation Broker. He has handled all types of real estate, from the smallest lot sale to residential homes and multi-million dollar commercial investments. Mike is dedicated to providing close personal attention and professional excellence to his Central Virginia, Charlottesville, and surrounding area clients and customers whether through buyer brokerage, seller representation or dual agency.

The photo on the right is of Mike and his family in the fall of 1999 on “Lawn” at Thomas Jefferson’s University of Virginia. In the fall, Charlottesville is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The family pet “Lady”. Lady was adopted in 1995 from the Greene County S.P.C.A. She was just one day away from being euthanized when she was brought into the Peters’ household. Her favorite pastime is looking for cats and squirrels to chase (although she never catches them).

Mike is a long time member of the (BMWCCA) BMW Car Club of America and member of the (MOA) BMW Motorcycle Owners Association and loves his BMW’s. When not showing property or working diligently to sell his clients properties, Mike relaxes on the Blue Ridge Parkway or Skyline Drive on his K75T BMW motorcycle.
